ORIGIN OF THE GRAPES : 100% from region of CHAMPAGNE in FRANCE
SOIL : white chalk, 100 millions years old.
VINTAGE : 100 % of Vintages 2013 , bottling in October 2014
WINE GROWING METHOD: 30% in oak barrels of 225 liters renewed by quarter (25% of new oak + 75% of traditionnal wine which stayed in stainless steel vats during 6 months . Disgorged 2 months before sale. We added the glitters of gold when the degorging.
ALCOOL : 12 % Vol
DOSAGE : Type Brut, 0.75 % (aroung 6g. of sugar per liter)
PACKAGING : bottle 750 ml
WINE NOTES: Limpid wine, yellow reflections.
Train of bubbles sharp, which feeds a persistent cord of fine bubbles.
The fine and elegant nose opens on candied fruits notes of peach. The full mouth with the attack is dominated by the peach of grapp and pomelos.
MATCH FOOD AND WINE: This wine est very good whit caviar; at the aperitif, after diner whith cake; along the nignt for yours festivities; in night club; or for all greats événements in family or at the work.
